A: It depends on some factors such as the number of files, each file size, connection speed (your Internet), the source where the data originally stored, the properties of the machine (CPU, RAM, etc.), the other installed applications that may get involved with processing the data, etc. Hence it’s subjective to this question. Good news is you may have a 15-days trial for FREE here.

A: No. Unlike some other Cloud backup vendor, we do not limit our customers. If you wish to upload 1TB or 5TB a day, feel free to do so.

A: Although we offer Cloud backup service, but there’s an option that allows you to have a local copy of your data aside the one in the Cloud. This is called the Hybrid. (Learn more)

The time needed to process a particular media files varies on several factors, it can take any time from few minutes to a couple of hours depending mostly on queues congestions.

If you have videos (mp4) that are not processed in more than 24 hours, please provide us with the following:

• The email address of the associated account under which those videos are backed up.
• The exact names of those videos.
