I receive: “You have reached your storage limit, to increase go to Manage Users”. What should I do?
1. Sign into your DaytaPol’s SmartKloud online account. From the left-side menu, click the Users/Servers.
2. Click the Actions icon () of the user who reached his/her storage limit → Set user’s limit → Select the type of storage to change its limit (Hot, Cold or OCR).
3. Set the limit as you want to → OK.
